Walk Run Lift is a 45-Minute Full Body Workout based on the Walk at Home Program and designed for all fitness levels.
The class is broken up into 3 main segments:
The Walk and the Run Segments are designed to target the Cardiovascular system raising the heart rate to zones that will build cardio endurance, strengthen the heart and provide so many other health benefits to keep us moving strong and healthy throughout our lives.
The Lift segment focuses on resistance training using body weight exercises as well as incorporates our 7 loop or flat resistance bands.
